Delivery fees
Any delivery fee is shown before payment and included in the verified total.
Order processing
Processing begins after payment is verified. You can follow the status (for example processing, shipped, delivered) in Payments & Orders.
Cancellation
You can ask to cancel an order before it has shipped by contacting hukaapp1@gmail.com.
Delivery issues
If an item is late, damaged or wrong, contact hukaapp1@gmail.com with your order details within the reporting window (to be provided).
Vendors
Some products may be supplied by vendors. Vendors are responsible for the accuracy of their listings and for preparing orders; Anurii helps resolve issues between you and the vendor.
