Who we are

Account information
Your name, email address, password (stored securely, never visible to us in plain text), account type (woman or partner/friend) and sign-in activity.
Profile and avatar
Your display name and the look you choose for your avatar. Your name and avatar look can be seen by other people in shared spaces like the Market.
Health and check-in information
Cycle details, moods, symptoms, pain levels and body areas you choose to record. This is private to you. It is never shared with a partner automatically — only the specific items you switch on in your privacy settings.
Partners and friends
Who you are connected with, invitations, friendships, blocks and the sharing permissions you set.
Messages
Private messages between connected people and public Market chat. Public chat can be seen by others in the Market at that moment. Private messages are only visible to the people in the conversation.
Orders and payments
What you buy, gift or support, amounts and payment status. Card details are entered on Flutterwave's secure checkout — Anurii never receives or stores your card number.
Delivery information
Addresses you save for physical items. Your address is private: people who send you gifts never see it. It is shared only with whoever must fulfil the delivery.
How we use information
To run your account, show your avatar and wellbeing, share only what you allow, process orders and deliveries, keep the community safe, and respond to support requests. We do not sell your personal information.
Who can see shared information
You: everything you record. Your partner: only the items you switch on. Other Market users: your display name, avatar look and public chat. Administrators: account, order and payment records needed to operate and protect the service — not your private health entries or private messages.
Partner privacy controls
Every sharing option starts switched off. You can change permissions or remove a partner at any time, and their access ends immediately.
Data security
Information is protected by access rules so each person can only reach what they are allowed to. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password.
Data retention
We keep information while your account is active. Payment and order records may be kept longer where needed for accounting, fraud prevention or legal reasons.
Deleting your account
To delete your account and data, contact us at hukaapp1@gmail.com from your account email. Some records (such as completed payments) may be retained as described above.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your information, and to withdraw any sharing permission. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights.
