Payment & Refund Policy
How payments, verification and refunds work.

Payment processor
Payments are processed securely by Flutterwave. Your card details are entered on Flutterwave's checkout, never in Anurii.
Verification first
Orders, gifts and partner support are confirmed only after our servers verify the payment with Flutterwave. Returning to the app alone does not confirm a payment.
Failed or cancelled payments
A failed or cancelled payment is never treated as successful and nothing is delivered. You can try again from Payments & Orders.
Delivery fees
Where a physical item needs delivery, the delivery fee is shown before you pay and included in the total.
Refunds
To request a refund, contact hukaapp1@gmail.com with your payment reference. Approved refunds are returned through Flutterwave to the original payment method; timing depends on your bank. Refunded payments are marked “Refunded” in your history. Digital items that have already been used may not be refundable.

Prices are shown in Nigerian Naira (NGN) unless stated otherwise.
